Meet Cory

Cory Ruppersberger founded Best Loan Choice in 2014 and brings over 25 years of experience in the mortgage and banking industry to help clients realize the dream of homeownership and reach their financial goals.

Unparalled Experience. Cory is a graduate of the business school at the University of Maryland College Park and went on to participate in an executive development program for financial firm MBNA (now part of Bank of America). He obtained his Series 79 investment banking securities license allowing him to advise businesses on equity and debt transactions.

Consultative Approach. Cory is known for taking a consultative approach, applying his financial analysis background to help clients identify the best mortgage products (e.g., FHA, VA, USDA), rates, and down payment assistance programs. He provides a total cost analysis, savings calculations, and loan comparisons to help you make most informed decision about your home loan.

Competitive Rates. After being in the banking industry, Cory sought to offer customers a wider array of home loan products at more competitive rates than the average bank.
